Their change (take this with a grain of salt because they've only thrown 9 of them in 2009) comes in below hitting speed, has surprising cut action, dives down out of the zone, generates fewer whiffs/swing compared to other pitchers' changeups and results in somewhat more flyballs compared to other pitchers' changeups. Their fourseam fastball (take this with a grain of salt because they've only thrown 1 of them in 2009) comes in below hitting speed, has heavy sinking action, is basically never swung at and missed compared to other pitchers' fourseamers, is an extreme flyball pitch compared to other pitchers' fourseamers and has slight armside run.
