Their fourseam fastball comes in below hitting speed, generates fewer whiffs/swing compared to other pitchers' fourseamers and has some natural sinking action. Their slider (take this with a grain of salt because they've only thrown 14 of them in 2010) comes in below hitting speed and is an extreme flyball pitch compared to other pitchers' sliders. Their sinker (take this with a grain of salt because they've only thrown 9 of them in 2010) is so slow that it is substantially gravitational, is basically never swung at and missed compared to other pitchers' sinkers and is an extreme flyball pitch compared to other pitchers' sinkers.
